The top U.S. financial firms JPMorgan Chase and Co. and Goldman Sachs have asked its New York metro employees to work from home amidst the deadly coronavirus spread. People traveling from New York City's neighbors such as New Jersey and Brooklyn have been advised to work in shifts from home starting this week.
Later this week, Goldman Sachs has asked their employees that they will have to rotate between working remotely or from the main office or be assigned to a backup location, depending on their roles. The same kind of work-plan will be seen in effect for the employees of Morgan Stanley and Citigroup.
